Kleanology Business Terms & Conditions

By accessing and using our service, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using our services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services. Any participation in our service will constitute acceptance of this agreement. If you do not agree to and abide by the above, do not use our service.

Domestic, Commercial, End of Tenancy, Move In-Out, Builders Cleans:

The customer agrees to complete agreement and direct debit form prior to first clean.

Invoices are to be paid within 7 days via direct debit.

Kleanology Ltd reserves the right to suspend cleaning services if payments not received.

Kleanology Ltd agrees to provide a job sheet, cleaning products and equipment unless other arrangements have been made in advance.

If collection of keys is required outside our location charges may apply.

Kleanology will not be held responsible for any alarm systems. The customer is to give any special instructions for deactivation/activation of household alarm system.

One month minimum contract length applies.

All cleaners working for us have been fully screened through a personal interview, checking of references and employment history. They are all DBS checked.

All customers must allow the cleaners access to hot water and electricity.

Any complaint, Kleanology Ltd must be notified within 24 hours following completion of the cleaning work.

Fragile and breakable items should be secured or removed. Items excluded from liability are cash, sentimental items of value, antiques and art.

The insurance policy is subject to a number of or further terms and conditions available from Kleanology Ltd. Any damage caused by bleach is not covered. Kleanology Ltd will not arrange for the insurance referred to if Kleanology Ltd fee has not been paid by the customer in accordance with the terms and conditions of this agreement.

Kleanology Ltd reserves the right to amend the initial quotation, should the customers original requirements change.
